Good concept, poor execution

I like the idea of exploring an island with dinosaurs but the 3D graphics were awful. I understand you need low poly 3D models to keep the file small but the quality just wasnt there. The island just ends in square flat edges that are no where near the water and once you float off the edge there seems to be no way to get back and the proportions are all off, a fire pit looks the size of plate, large leaves are falling from somewhere, the clouds dont move, the palm trees look really fake and unattractive and mostly it looks like a student demo project, which Im hoping it is, because for a student project, its a good start for hopefully better things to come. I would like to see a professional company do a high end polished version with great graphics and more to explore and more interaction, like many of the great VR demos I saw at Siggraph.
